يعلن بنك الشام الإسلامي عن حاجته إلى الوظائف التالية

1. مدير الاستثمار:
المؤهلات العلمية والمهارات:
    بكالوريوس في العلوم المالية والمصرفية / اقتصاد، محاسبة أو أي مجال مشابه
    خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 15- 20 سنة في إدارة المحافظ الاستثمارية
    البحث عن فرص استثمارية وعمل دراسات الجدوى الاقتصادية لها
    إدارة عمليات الصناديق الاستثمارية بما يتماشي مع أهداف البنك
    إدارة فريق عمل دائرة الاستثمار وتحديد الأهداف والمسؤوليات لكل منهم
    إعداد خطة العمل والميزانية الخاصة بالدائرة ومتابعة تنفيذها

2.  مدير فرع :
المؤهلات العلمية والمهارات:
    بكالوريوس / دبلوم بنوك في العلوم المالية والمصرفية / اقتصاد، محاسبة أو أي مجال مشابه.
    خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات خبرة في إدارة الفرع.
    الإشراف على عمليات الفرع ووحداته و تنسيق أعماله و تطوير نظام العمل فيه وتحقيق الأرباح المرجوة.
    تمثيل البنك في علاقاته مع الغير.
    إدارة فريق العمل وتحديد الأهداف والمسؤوليات لكل منهم.
    إعداد خطة العمل والميزانية الخاصة بالفرع ومتابعة تنفيذها.


3. مدير اعتمادات / علاقات خارجية:
المؤهلات العلمية والمهارات:
    بكالوريوس في العلوم المالية والمصرفية / اقتصاد، محاسبة أو أي مجال مشابه.
    خبرة عملية لا تقل 5-10 سنوات في التجارة الخارجية (اعتمادات، كفالات، بوالص).
    المعرفة الكاملة للأعراف الموحدة الاعتمادات المستندية.
    إدارة فريق العمل وتحديد الأهداف والمسؤوليات لكل منهم.
    إعداد خطة العمل بالدائرة ومتابعة تنفيذها بما يتماشى مع أهداف البنك.

4. مدير الخزينة:
المؤهلات العلمية والمهارات:
    بكالوريوس في العلوم المالية والمصرفية / اقتصاد، محاسبة أو أي مجال مشابه، وبالإضافة إلى شهادة ACI dealing Certificate ، دبلوم ACI Diploma
    خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في إدارة الخزينة
    إدارة فريق عمل دائرة الخزينة وتحديد الأهداف والمسؤوليات لكل منهم.
    إعداد خطة العمل بالدائرة ومتابعة تنفيذها بما يتماشى مع أهداف البنك.
    خبرة جيدة بالأدوات المالية والتجارية و التسويقية بالإضافة  إلى معرفة جيدة بالشؤون الاقتصادية والسياسية والمالية.

 5. مدير التسويق:
المؤهلات العلمية والمهارات:
    بكالوريوس في التسويق أو العلوم المصرفية والمالية أو إدارة الأعمال.
    خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في نفس المجال.
    القدرة على مراقبة وتحليل السوق ودراسة المنافسين والمنتجات والخدمات الموجودة وإيجاد الطريقة المثلى لتطوير هذه الخدمات.
    إدارة وتطوير البرامج الترويجية والتي تخدم أهداف ورؤية البنك.
    إدارة فريق عمل التسويق وتحديد الأهداف والمسؤوليات لكل منهم
    إعداد خطة العمل والميزانية الخاصة بالدائرة ومتابعة تنفيذها.

6. مدير ائتمان:
المؤهلات العلمية والمهارات:
    بكالوريوس في العلوم المالية والمصرفية / اقتصاد، محاسبة أو تمويل.
    خبرة عملية لا تقل عن خمس سنوات في الائتمان.
    مهارات متميزة وخبرة في التعامل مع العملاء.
    معرفة جيدة في الاقتصاد والسوق المحلي والقوانين التجارية المحلية بهذا الخصوص.
    خبرة في إدارة فريق العمل وتحديد الأهداف والأولويات وتوزيع المسؤوليات ضمن الفريق.
    إعداد خطة العمل الخاصة بالدائرة ومتابعة تنفيذها.

7.ضابط ائتمان:
المؤهلات العلمية والمهارات:
    بكالوريوس في العلوم المالية والمصرفية / اقتصاد، محاسبة أو تمويل.
    خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 2- 3 سنوات في الائتمان.
    معرفة جيدة في التحليل المالي والائتماني.

شروط عامة لجميع المتقدمين:

▪ إجادة اللغة الانكليزية محادثة وكتابة.
▪ التمتع بمهارات قيادية وإدارية و مهارات اتخاذ القرارات و مهارة التفاوض و الاتصال.
▪ إجادة تطبيقات الحاسوب  (MS Office).

يرغب بنك الشام بتعيين مدير تمويل تجاري في مقره بدمشق بالشروط التالية

Trade Finance Manager:
Relevant academic degree with 10 years experience in Banks preferably Islamic banking activities.


Position: Manager
Main Activities

Maintaining and managing Bank operations department    | LC’s & LG’s & BC’s ….etc

Maintaining policies and procedures under the Central Bank of Syria regulations

Maanaging the budget for all related divisions to ensure compliance and targets achievements

All candidates should have excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, presentation, and reporting skills. Fluency in English
 
CFO Chief Finance Officer
Relevant university degree with at least 10 years experience in Islamic Banks.
Position: Executive Manager
Main Activities:
    * Establish Finance Strategy & Policies, regarding business controls, reporting, banking, insurance, Risk, Compliance and accounting.
    * Establish fit-for-purpose Governance structures
    * Provide expert advise on Finance, Compliance, and Risk Management.
    * Co-ordinate the annual budget and business plan cycle, resulting in transparent financial targets
    * Ensure timely and accurate funding
    * Ensure timely, accurate and complete accounting and period-end closures
    * Provide commercial and tax advice
    * Act as Risk and Compliance Manager
    * Ensure timely, accurate and complete reporting to all stakeholders
